Cable and containment installed to the coordinated services drawings, labelled and recorded for handover.

General, feature, external and car-park lighting, including LED upgrades of existing installations.

Emergency lighting designed, installed and tested to I.S. 3217, with test records kept for the building owner.

Fire detection and alarm systems to I.S. 3218, from device layout to commissioning.

Interfaces with smoke ventilation, access control, lifts and building management systems.

CCTV, access control, intruder detection and structured cabling.

The containment networks that carry them, coordinated with the power and fire systems they share space with.

EV charging installations with load management sized to the available supply.

Rooftop solar PV, coordinated from design through to grid connection.

Inspection and testing of every installation we complete, and of existing installations on request.

Commissioning and certification with the handover documentation consulting engineers and building owners expect.

Planned maintenance and periodic compliance testing on a schedule agreed with the building owner.
